Main objectives

To review and maintain the Adv. Q/Problem Solving supporting, mentoring, and coaching support functions in implementing and training of mind-set within KBD(APQP)/NPI to include SDP in Engineering function and Program Management.
 
 
1.      Responsibilities
Abide by the company policies and business practices at appropriate level.
Exhibits and assures company conformance to safety awareness and safe work practices.
Understand a impact of job activities in accordance with the IATF 16949 standard.
Assist functions  in the planning development, coordination, support, in KBD and Advance Quality Practices
In addition to frequent verbal reports, submit weekly and monthly written reports as required.
Initiate/participate in  training others in KBD and Advance Quality Planning 
Perform other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of business.
Lead the establishment the Quality Management System. Support other departments to finalize documents standardization
Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of all documentation and processes to meet business and quality requirements
Lead  KBD / APQP  procedures/process at planed intervals with in  R&D functions

Travel as required to perform the objectives and end results of this functions
Coach and mentor
Identify opportunities across BA’s and with LDC  to improve product  and process efficiencies
Lead and/or support company initiatives from time to time.

4.      Competence profile (ideal)
 
Formal Education:
BS degree in Science or Engineering preferred from an accredited college in Electronics (preferred)
 

Good communication (oral and written) in English and preferably one additional language          
Expert at these quality tools such as APQP,FMEA, MSA, Control Plan, PPAP, SPC, Poke Yoke.
2-3 years’ experience in automotive industry preferred
Good analytical skills
Co-operative team player
Coaching and facilitation skills
