Customer Service Representative

  1. Main Duties
  • Act as a liaison to provide the customer with product and services timely and accurately to customer specification
  • Receives customer orders via EDI, phone, email etc.
  • Ensure orders are entered into ERP system by customer’s requested date and lead time
  • Interact with planning team to ensure customer material will ship by requested date
  • Communicate confirmations and any issues that may arise with customer’s orders
  • Communicate with Sales Team if problems arise with customer
  • Ensure Customer Master Data is kept up to date and accurate
  • Research any customer complaints for investigation process

        Skills, Knowledge, Experience

  • 2+ years Customer Service Experience
  • Good working knowledge of computer systems; MS office, MS Project, MRP
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
