Head of HR Controlling & HRIS (m/f)

We are currently looking for a full-time Head of HR Controlling & HRIS (m/F) within our global HR Services Team, based in Hallbergmoos near Munich. In this global role, you will be responsible to develop and implement a transparent and business oriented HR reporting structure. You will also head-up the HRIS team and set foundations for further digitalization of core HR processes. This role reports directly to the VP HR Services, who is also based in Hallbergmoos.

Main Objectives:

  • Create a transparent and business oriented HR reporting structure and dashboards ensuring a monitoring of key business HR indicators and metrics for the business in a global organization
  • Develop the global qualitative and quantitative HR Controlling, make sure the organizational data in our systems is up to date, manage organizational data in the Workday/SAP system and draw reports
  • Implement simple and target oriented automated & consistent HR KPIs, dashboards, metrics, reports and (predictive) analytics for each process and across processes
  • Monitor and manage regular reporting activities: ad hoc reports, headcount and FTE development, personnel expense development
  • Conduct HR personnel cost planning and define according guidelines, ensure that salary budget is in line with the overall budget, in collaboration with HR team, business and finance
  • Own and manage processes as an interface between the HR and Finance
  • Develop Governance for all HR data interfaces in global organization
  • Develop and implement framework for strategic workforce planning and demographic management
  • Monitor organizational changes and ensure that they are in line with technical organizational requirements, maintain Workday/SAP data
  • Set foundations for further digitalization of core HR processes
  • Collaborate in international projects with a focus on HR Controlling
  • Train target groups regarding MTP (Management Training Program), forecasting and personal expense monitoring
  • Maintain Accuracy at Master Data Management (MDM)

Competence profile (ideal)

  • University degree or equivalent, e.g. Business Administration, Statistics, IT
  • Profound understanding of correlating HR IT systems and data sources
  • Experience with design of HR dashboards and reporting of HR KPIs in business context in an international environment
  • Advanced expertise in Workday/SAP and MS-Office, especially Excel, other business intelligence systems are beneficial
  • Highly skilled in analytical thinking and structured way of working with an assertive personality
  • Understanding of respective business strategy, country specifics and requirements in terms of reporting processes, group-wide HR processes, systems and policies
  • Strong project management skills, planning & organization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to build strong relationships to all stakeholders
  • Resilient to implement new governance models and set standards
  • Solid understanding of HR organization, processes, systems and policies
  • Relevant experience of working in a fast-paced HR environment
  • Knowledge of External HR Controlling Methodology, Systems and Processes advantageous
  • Business fluency in English mandatory
  • Readiness to travel
